:: Oversized shield-like center medallion with elongated finials at opposing ends, bearing interior scrolling tendrils and arabesques interconnecting atop a covered field of vinery, floral cross-sections, and pinwheel blossoms. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, lime green, tomato red, cherry red, beige, blush, celadon green, sky blue, and more. Condition notes: Wear across to foundation and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Some of the reds are likely a synthetic dye, which in some parts have migrated into the ivory areas. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Farahan Sarouk carpet made in Persia circa 1910's vintage.
