Each bears hook-and-latch partial Mahi-Mahi stylized rendering with interior simplistic geometric floral blossom. The perimeter of the main field carries multiple minor tree of life design renderings inwardly directed. Main border in a massive Herati design relief. Meandering vine and minor blossom inner and outer minor borders wrap same. A truly unique rendering. Colors and shades include: Dusty sandalwood, pale dusty cantaloupe melon, sky blue, denim blue, pale powder blue, charcoal brown, platinum and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 6'11" whereas the opposing end measures 7'2". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Areas of repair in varying degrees of expertise. White knots scattered throughout. Slight contour to shape, within normal margin for type and age.
