Corner spandrel overlays in quarter map design relief to that of the main medallion. Main field in a germinating plant design motif inside wide botehs. Abrashes across. Colors and shades include: Chestnut, rust, antique ivory, platinum, charcoal, silver, oxidized silver, beige, sand, pale dusty powder blue, pale coffee brown, olive green and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Minor outer stripe border reduced on one end. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Farahan Sarouk carpet made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 8'4" x 11'7".
