Wrapped by a main border of pomegranates and palmettes. Colors and shades include: Pale ruby red grapefruit, sapphire blue, antique ivory, dusty sky blue, dusty gold, bronze, cherry red, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Lilihan carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage.
