:: Ornate yet simplistic large center medallion in sprawling scale. Classic and timeless Heriz. Brilliance in quality thereof. Excellent contrast between navy and ivory, and ivory and reds. Particularly unique serrated stepped spandrels in a wide range of colors all thickly banded together outlining each other. Colors include brilliant brick/cherry red field, medium madder root red, mallard green, gold, aqua blue, beige, antique ivory, burgundy wine red and more. Original side cord selvages. Fully secured ends. Even wear across with mostly original pile height. Some areas of light wear down to knot heads. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted vintage Persian Heriz carpet circa 1940's. Exact size measures 8'2" x 10'4".
