:: Classic oversized quatrefoil center medallion with oversized finial palmettes atop a covered field of geometric vinery, buds, and layered floral petals. Awesome trefoil and floral top view alternating main border interconnected in thin vinery. Great color range, and more uniquely abundant in shades of green compared to others of the type and age. Colors and shades include: Brick red, navy blue, jade green, powder blue, blush, ivory and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Expert restoration to both ends and minor areas within the interior. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Heriz carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 8' x 11'4".
