:: Shield-like center medallion with outwardly directed germinating blossoms atop a covered field of expressive serrated leaves and minor arabesques. Main border in a wide banded Samovar Turtle design motif with heavy abrashes across. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, pomegranate red, oxidized silver, dusty slate blue, sand, beige, faded saffron yellow, platinum, raspberry red, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Heriz carpet made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 7'10" x 10'11".
