:: Elongated hexagonal center medallion with shield like finials atop a covered tone-on-tone lattice main field. Great shading and abrashes throughout. Colors and shades include: Ivory, dusty denim blue, beige, cream, pale apricot, dusty rose, sand and more. Condition notes: Wear across to foundation and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One crude repair found on the reverse of the carpet close to the center field edge. Quite convincing on the face. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Sparta carpet made in Turkey circa 1970's vintage. Size measures 7'10" x 11'11".
