:: Allover covered field in floral cross-sections, palmettes, lotus flowers, and vinery delicately outlined panels in a lattice orientation. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, navy blue, sky blue, beige, antique ivory, saffron yellow, slate blue, teal, celadon green, and gem green. Condition notes: Tatter to sides and ends, though mostly secure. Featuring original plain-woven kilim at the lower portion of the carpet. Areas of foundation showing through, some localized large areas of foundation. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mahal carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 9'6" x 12'3".
