:: Double shadow center medallions defined by design density with outwardly directed floral bouquets and palmettes atop a covered field of floral sprays. Colors and shades include: Brick red, sapphire blue, navy blue, beige, powder blue, sand, dusty teal, mallard green, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 9' whereas the opposing measures 9'6". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type. Some localized areas of bare selvage. Light reduction to both ends by a few rows. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian American Sarouk carpet made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 9'6" x 11'9".
