:: Open field with center roundel main medallion and corner minor medallions bearing ribbon cloud band stylized vinery, blossoms, buds, vases, and more. Main border with similar design elements to those found in the interior although in greater scale and detail with Taoist symbolism. Colors and shades include: Indigo blue, ivory, cobalt blue, navy blue, beige, sand, oxidized silver, antique ivory, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even short pile across. Original side cord selvages intact. Fully secured sides and ends. Two or three small repairs to one side and corner, in addition to one foot section on one end showing signs of old glue residue. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Chinese Peking carpet made in China circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 9' x 11'7".
