:: Slightly off center minor medallion with staggered end minor palmettes in an oversized Herati design motif atop a heavily abrashed ground. Wrapped by an unusual multi-tiered rainbow stylized floral main border with starburst floral design elements and bouquets throughout. Colors and shades include: Sky blue, indigo blue, blush, rose, navy blue, jade green, gold, pale lime green, brick red, coffee brown, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Extensive restoration throughout. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mahal carpet made in Persia circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 8'11" x 12'5".
