:: Quatrefoil oriented center medallion with triple serrated palmette finials bearing lighting serrated interior germinating vine atop a covered field of geometric buds, blossoms and vines. Corner spandrel overlays in stepped contour. Main border in a Turtle Samovar and Herati stylized floral design motif with double interconnecting vines. Colors and shades include: Brick red, navy blue, cherry red, powder blue, pale saffron yellow gold, burgundy wine red, mallard green, ivory and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Heriz carpet made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 9'2" x 12'1".
