Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug Runner Product Description and Details

:: Large scale scalloped center medallion with minor palmette finials. Corner spandrel overlays reciprocate the contour of the main medallion with quarter map rendering of same. Main border in a geometric floral arabesque and pinwheel colored floral blossom design motif. Colors and shades include: Dusty rose, ivory, seafoam green, oxidized silver, charcoal, dusty faded magenta, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 2'7" x 5'9".
