At some point in its past this carpet had been professionally reduced from it's original size and length, likely in longer proportions as the end border on the reverse side of the carpet shows interior reduction and concealed in-seaming. The work is quite convincing on the face of the carpet. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Kurdish Hamadan rug runner made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 9'4".
