:: Allover covered field in a unusually colorful Herati motif with sharp lightening serrated leaves and a thick banded meandering vine main border. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, sky blue, tangerine orange, pink, aubergine purple, faded lime green, pale jade green, burgundy wine red, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even short pile across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Slight discoloration localized to one area of the outer border. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bijar rug runner made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3'6" x 19'.
