:: Diagonally striped in alternating unpatterned ground coloration featuring growing plants, likely referencing the bounty of agriculture within the region woven. Colors are all brilliant and well saturated in shades of saffron yellow, pale mint green, deep indigo blue, rich rust madder root, copper, brown, tangerine orange, blush, sky blue, ivory, and cochineal/maroon. Secured sides and ends with small areas of darning in field and an overall distressed aesthetic. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this antique Caucasian rug runner, hand knotted in the Caucasus region circa 1890's. Size measures 3'4" x 9'6".
