:: Scattered field of inverted oversized floral blossoms with geometric finned leaves in a lattice orientation. Main border in a meandering vine starburst geometric design motif. A few scattered serpents and four legged animals found in the weaving. Colors and shades include: Rust, terracotta, copper, pale coffee brown, ochre, gold, charcoal, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 2'10" whereas the opposing measures 3'1". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian rug runner made in the Caucasus region circa 1920's vintage.
