:: Allover covered field in a staggered boteh design repeating in staggered rows and alternating direction wrapped by a floral top view main border. Fantastic saturated shades and abrashes across. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, ivory, chocolate brown, saffron yellow, mallard green, pale coffee brown and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Both ends measure 4'4" while the middle tapers down to 4'1". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bijar rug runner made in Persia circa 1890's vintage. Size measures 4'4" x 10'3".
