:: Oversized center medallion with trefoil contoured end finials atop an open field with corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocating the contour of the medallion. Main border in elaborate, multi-color, Herati-like leaves in almost turtle-like contour. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, tangerine orange, navy blue, dark charcoal, saffron yellow, blue-black and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Secure sides, fully secured ends. Minor reduction to both ends. Areas of repair in varying degrees of expertise. Light tinting or mild staining. Slightly irregular shape with minor bowing. Machine bound sides. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
