:: Allover covered field in a Herati design motif with heavy abrashes across. Unusual size, scale, and proportions. Colors and shades include: Ruby red grapefruit, dusty teal, sea foam green, antique ivory, dusty navy blue, oxidized silver, charcoal, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Minor localized areas of repair. Some localized areas of disparate oxidation. One side is more narrow than the other, measuring 8'6" as opposed to 8'8", within normal margins for type and age. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Fereghan carpet made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 8'8" x 19'9".
